Introducing Maa One: poora business, ek app mein
· Naveen Goyal
Every day, small service businesses across India lose customers for the simplest reason: the reply came too late.
An enquiry comes in on the website while you're on a job. A WhatsApp message arrives while you're with another customer. By the time you sit down to reply — and find the right words — the customer has already booked someone else.
Maa One exists to fix that first, and then to run the rest of your business from the same app.
What ships first: the Maa One Inbox (v1, January 2027)
- One inbox for your website enquiries and WhatsApp chats.
- AI lead scoring so you know who is ready to buy and who needs a follow-up.
- AI reply drafts in Hindi, Punjabi or English — including Hinglish, the way your customers actually write. You read it, tap approve, and it's sent.
- A simple CRM, lead widgets for any website, and an app you can install on any phone.
What comes next
We'll add a new module every two to three months and small improvements every two weeks:
- v1.5 (March 2027): the Android app, then iOS.
- v2 (May 2027): bookings, quotes, GST invoices and UPI payment links.
- v3 (August 2027): a technician app, AMC renewals, Google reviews and WhatsApp campaigns.
- v4 (November 2027 onward): khata, expenses, the "Ask Maa" assistant, agency mode and an API.
You can see every date on the roadmap.
One fair price per business
Maa One is priced per business, not per user, starting at ₹499 a month. Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial when we launch on 24 January 2027.
Join us early
We're starting with a small pilot in December 2026. If you run a service business and want to help shape Maa One, join the waitlist — and tell us what you need on the roadmap page. I read every request.
